Ethics & Company Culture Course

This course will take a deep dive into your mission, vision, and core values. What sets your company apart from the others in the Real Estate service industry? How are you and your team working to create a company culture built on solid business practices and ethics. Learn what this means and more, including duties owed to our clients (the Realtors) and their clients (the home buyers and sellers), as well as those we assist in other areas of Real Estate services. This course covers the key areas of Operation within a Home Staging company - Services, Logistics/Warehouse, and Inventory Management. We will cover some specific needs in the various areas of Services, to include vacant and occupied staging, design, and set up for Short Term Rental properties. We will also look at the the best practices for our Logistics/Warehouse team to ensure that there are no missed steps, everyone stays safe, and productivity is top priority.
